At Ken & Glen, we want paying for your order to be simple, safe and secure. Below you'll find which payment methods we accept and how we protect your payment information.

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Your payment is charged when you place your order.

Currency and import charges

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery within the UK is free, and the total amount of your order is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. For orders of £135 or less, you will not be charged any import VAT, duties or handling fees on delivery. Orders above £135 may be subject to import VAT and customs duties, collected by the carrier. Secure checkout (SSL encryption)

kenandglen.com uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your information. All data you enter at checkout, including your payment details, is encrypted before it is sent. You can recognise a secure connection by the padlock icon in your browser's address bar and by "https://" at the start of the web address.

PCI DSS compliance

Our checkout is provided by Shopify, which is certified as PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is the security standard set by the major card brands to protect cardholder data and reduce card fraud.

Your payment information

Your full card number is never visible to us and is not stored by us. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. After your purchase, we can only see your billing and delivery information, your order details and the last four digits of your card.

Fraud prevention

To protect you and our store, orders may be automatically screened for fraud. In rare cases, we may contact you to verify an order before it is shipped. If we cannot verify an order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method in GBP within 14 days of receiving your return. For more information, please see our Refund & Return Policy.

Your privacy

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers where necessary to process your payment and deliver your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.
